NYC public schools canceled ahead of Winter Storm Toby

The city Department of Education announced all school activities will be called off Wednesday due to inclement weather.

After-school programs, adult education, YABC programs, and PSAL activities were included in the round-up of programs to be canceled for an incoming nor’easter, the third in the past three weeks.

Total snow accumulation is projected at 11 to 15 inches.
